These hula hoop courses will infuse aerobic style hoop fit work outs with learning the skills of circus hula hoop tricks.
Hoops provided, laughter guaranteed!

6 Week Hula Hoop Course
These six super fun classes with Guinness World Record-holder, Chi Chi Revolver, will combine aerobic hoop fit workouts and learning hula hoop tricks straight from the circus, so come learn the joy of hooping, build confidence and have bags of fun doing it!
Suitable for beginners. Hula hoops provided!
Please wear something comfortable and easy to move in.

Burlesque masterclasses
Burlesque masterclasses with top industry professionals visiting Worthing to perform in The Revolver Revue. Each workshop will be lead by a different teacher.
They will be bringing a super fun workshop to boost your body confidence and explore the art of the tease.
Sat 6th July - DEMI NOIRE
Burlesque.
This workshop will focus on building and expressing your confidence using classic techniques from the wonderful world of burlesque such as the shimmy, the sashay and of course, the bump n grind!
Sat 5th Oct - DONNA PODEROSA
Twerk-esque
An empowering and fun twerk class with a burlesque twist where you will learn to work your booty through twerking. Bounce, pop and isolate those glute muscles. This class is all about feeling positive and confident. Not only will you have a fabulous behind, but you’ll also know how to work it!
For ages 18+.
What you need: Participants should wear clothes they can move comfortably in, as glam or as relaxed as you like (hot pants and heels are most welcome, but leggings and a t shirt are also fine) and don't worry, there'll be no nudity involved!

72 hours before first class.
Bookings cancelled outside of this time frame are NON REFUNDABLE, all bookings are non transferrable and cannot be swapped or sold on to another party. Refunds for classes cancelled within the T&C may take up to 8 working days to be cleared back into your account.
